Privacy policy.

Effective October 1, 2026

Vera Labs LLC is an independent Shopify app studio. This policy covers the studio and app marketing pages on veralabsllc.com and points you to the separate policy for each installed Shopify app. It also covers email requests about the upcoming PackDisclose EPR.

This website

veralabsllc.com serves static studio and app marketing pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or embeds, and has no accounts or data-collecting forms. Fonts and images are hosted on this website. We do not build a profile of you, and there is no advertising or tracking here.

The app pages use client-side JavaScript for navigation and illustrative demos. You can select an answer in the toldby survey example or explore the ShipEmbargo shipping map. These choices stay in your browser; the demos do not send or save answers or create shipping rules. Installing either app takes you to the Shopify App Store. PackDisclose EPR is coming soon; its product preview is illustrative and does not connect to Shopify or process packaging data.

Finely's product preview is also illustrative. You can enter a name or other personalization text, choose an ink color, and try gift-box and gift-note options on an example tote or mug. The demo processes these inputs locally in your browser and does not save or send them. Its preview summary creates no real purchase, payment, or account. Finely remains in development and has no installation link. Product questions can go to support@madefinely.com.

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard technical request logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, and browser user-agent — created and retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify visitors, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Our Shopify apps

Each installed app has its own policy explaining how it handles store data. These policies cover the apps' operation in Shopify, including their data handling and deletion processes.

Upcoming PackDisclose EPR

PackDisclose EPR is a prelaunch product. Its marketing page has no signup form, store connection, or packaging-data collection. The early-access link opens your email app so you can write to support@packdisclose.com. Opening the link does not send a message or register you.

Read the PackDisclose EPR website privacy page for details about early-access email requests. A policy for the app's actual data handling will be provided before it becomes available.

Email you send us

If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. If you explicitly ask for PackDisclose EPR early-access or launch updates, we also use your address and the details you choose to share to respond about early access, reporting coverage, and launch. A general support inquiry does not subscribe you to product updates.

You can ask us to stop sending requested updates or delete your email request by writing to hello@veralabsllc.com. For PackDisclose EPR updates, you can also write directly to support@packdisclose.com. Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store the conversation.

What we never do

  • We do not sell personal information, and we never have.
  • We do not share data with third parties for their own marketing.
  • We do not use your data to train machine-learning models.
  • We do not run advertising or behavioral tracking in our apps.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

Your requests

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@veralabsllc.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date at the top and publish the new version here.
