Vera Labs LLC builds focused software for Shopify merchants, contractors, and local service businesses, alongside an original game. This policy covers this website, veralabsllc.com, and points you to the policy for each product, because each one handles data differently and deserves its own honest answer.
veralabsllc.com is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or embeds, and contains no forms. We do not build a profile of you, and there is no advertising or tracking of any kind here.
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may keep standard technical request logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser user-agent — created and retained by our hosting provider for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify visitors, and we do not combine them with anything else.
Each product publishes its own policy describing exactly what it stores:
If you write to us, we keep your message and address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation. We use it for nothing else, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date at the top and publish the new version here. We do not quietly rewrite history.
