This prelaunch website

The website serves static pages, with fonts and images hosted locally. It has no signup form, account, store connection, analytics, tracking pixels, or nonessential cookies. The illustrative product preview does not process Shopify orders or packaging information.

Our hosting provider may keep technical request logs, such as the IP address, timestamp, requested page, and browser user-agent, to deliver the site and maintain its security and reliability. We do not use these logs to build visitor profiles.

Early-access requests by email

The early-access link opens your email app with a message to support@packdisclose.com. You choose whether to send it. Opening the link does not send information or add you to an early-access list.

If you send a request, we receive your email address, message, and any details you choose to include. Your Shopify store URL, reporting countries or states, and packaging-reporting challenges are optional. Please do not send customer records, store credentials, or other sensitive business data.

We use your request to respond about early access and understand your reporting workflow. If you explicitly request product updates, we may email you about early access, launch coverage, and availability. An ordinary support inquiry does not subscribe you to updates, and an early-access request does not guarantee access or a launch date.

Your conversation and choices

Our email provider processes messages to deliver and store the conversation. We keep your request and address while responding to you and maintaining the requested early-access conversation. We do not sell your information or share it for another company's marketing.

You can ask us to stop sending updates, ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Write to support@packdisclose.com and tell us what you would like us to do.

Before the app becomes available

This is a website privacy notice for a product in development. A policy describing the app's actual store-data handling, providers, retention, and deletion will be provided before the app becomes available. If we introduce a web signup form or analytics, we will update this notice to describe the actual implementation.
