The first game · In development
Battle Tactics is a turn-based tactics game for iPhone and iPad. Grid maps where the ground decides the fight, units you produce from what you hold, fog that hides what matters most, and four commanders whose powers are worth waiting for.
How it plays
Woods and mountains pay defence; rivers cost movement. Where a unit stands is most of what it is worth.
Cities pay income, bases build units. The map is the economy, and every tile of it changes hands.
Vision is a resource. Cover conceals, and an ambush from a treeline can end a day before it starts.
Each commander changes how the whole army fights, with a power that charges as the battle goes against you.
The cast
A prosperous country with a small, decent, unprepared army — and four officers who have to hold it. Each one changes how the army fights.

The board
Every map is composed from a hand-painted kit — meadow, road, river, reef, treeline and mountain — so terrain runs continuously across the grid instead of stopping at each tile's edge.
Status
Battle Tactics is not released yet. There is no pre-order, no waiting list, and nothing to buy — when it is ready, it will appear on the App Store and here.
